Landlord and Tenant (LTB)
We regularly act in residential tenancy matters before the Landlord and Tenant Board, including notices of termination, rent arrears and evictions, tenant applications, and hearings under the Residential Tenancies Act. We help landlords and tenants understand their rights and obligations, prepare the necessary forms and evidence, and appear on their behalf at the Board.
